I believe that my days here should be purposeful and meaningful.   This ministry and this blog both have purpose…to encourage, inspire, enhearten, bless, uplift, cheer, motivate, stimulate, animate, and smile upon…to instill faith, hope, love and peace…and to impart strength or confidence to others.

The Purpose Statement for this ministry is best phrased in this verse: “My purpose is that you will be encouraged in heart and knit together by strong ties of  love, and that you will have the rich experience of knowing Christ with real certainty and clear understanding.  For God’s secret plan, now at last made known, is Christ himself.  In Him lie hidden all the mighty, untapped treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”  Colossians 2:2-3

• “This is my life work: helping people understand and respond to the Message [of Christ]. It came as a sheer gift to me, a real surprise, God handling all the details. When it came to presenting the Message to people who had no background in God’s way, I was the least qualified of any of the available Christians. God saw to it that I was equipped, but you can be sure that it had nothing to do with my natural abilities.” Ephesians 3:7-8(MSG)
